Commission authorises DaimlerChrysler to acquire Detroit Diesel

Brussels, 10/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved an operation whereby US-German carmaker DaimlerChrysler acquires sole control of US-based company Detroit Diesel, specialised in the manufacture, marketing and servicing of high performance diesel and alternative fuel engines.
