The Dutch cable television operator UPC - UNITED PAN EUROPEAN COMMUNCATIONS NV is negotiating with DEUTSCHE BANK the acquisition of the German cable television company TELECOLUMBUS GMBH for an amount estimated at between DM 3.3 and 3.4 billion.
