Chateau d'Ecouen, 25/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - Following the informal meeting of EU Defence Ministers, last Friday at the Chateau d'Ecouen (see EUROPE of 23 September, pages 3 and 4), the French Defence Minister Alain Richard, who chaired the meeting, outlined before the press the broad guidelines of the forces catalogue put together for the future European rapid reaction force.
