25/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Council and European Parliament regulation establishing a revised Community system for the granting of ecological labels was published in the Official Journal N°L/237 of 21 September. The former regulation of 1992 was repealed. In September 2005, the Commission will re-examine the system in the light of the experience acquired and could propose modifications.
