The American service provider AOL - AMERICA ONLINE (24 million subscribers) and the Japanese mobile telephone operator DOCOMO (12 million subscribers) will this week announce a global alliance which should translate into a "significant" acquisition of a stake by the Japanese operator in the capital of AOL which could reach 40%.
