The French law firm SOULIER (Lyon) and the Belgian GRANTURCO (Brussels), whose clients are among others the European Commission, Parliament and Swedish government, have announced their merger by the end of the year in a joint legal structure named SOULIER, GRANTURCO ET ASSOCIES. The new group will be made up of 16 lawyers, 3 jurists and 3 consultants and targets FF 24 million in fees for this year.
