ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

The top German in energy RWE announced on Monday the acquisition of the largest British water company THAMES WATER (12 million clients) for EUR 7.1 billion. The offer was made at the price of GBP 12.15 per THAMES WATER share, or a total above 42.9% compared to the average THALES WATER share of the last months.
