Commission authorises Deutsche Bank and Enel to create real estate managing joint venture for control over Rio Nuovo

Brussels, 25/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the operation by which Deutsche Bank and SEI, the real estate managing entity of Italy's Enel, acquire joint control of a joint venture, Rio Nuovo. The latter will be active in the Italian real estate market for offices.
