23/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The decision by the European Commission to establish an anti-dumping duty on imports of certain hot rolled flat products in non-alloyed steels from China (at the rate of 8.1%), India (22.3%) and Romania (11.5%) was published in the Official Journal L202. The Commission had also accepted commitments made by Romanian and Indian companies. China, India and Romania represent 13.6% of the European market for this kind of product.
