23/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - European Union enlargement and security in Europe will b the main subjects of the summit of the Baltic States and Europe's Northern States, to be held in Parnu (Estonia) on 28 August. The Prime Ministers of Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia should also broach issues of regional cooperation, especially in the field of new technologies.
