ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) main operations carried out in august

(EU) Spirits: The French group REMY COINTREAU has acquired BOLS ROYAL DISTILLERIES, the largest Dutch company for spirits, for the sum of EUR 510 million in cash and stock. After the integration of BOLS, REMY COINTREAU is expected to make a pro forma turnover of over EUR 1.1 billion.
