Commission authorises joint venture between Rhodia (France) and Raisio (Finland)

Brussels, 24/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission gave the go-ahead to the creation of a joint venture between the French company Rhodia and the Finnish Raisio Chemical Oy. The two partners will transfer their respective activities in the latex paper and polyvinylic alcohol sectors as well as the field of latex and unwoven latex fields. Each will hold a 50% stake in the capital of the joint venture.
