The American information technology group in the travel, hotel and transports sectors SABRE acquired 51% of the capital in the German DCS - DILLON COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, specialised in booking systems. This operation enables SABRE to increase its network in Germany to close to 6,000 agencies, representing close to 30% of the German market.
