Brussels, 03/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - In a letter addressed to President Romano Prodi, Jaime Gama, Council President until 30 June, partially challenged the content of the framework agreement on relations between the European Parliament and the Commission that the two institutions are preparing to approve after lengthy negotiation (see EUROPE of 10 June, p.14).
