The Swedish manufacturer VOLVO will invest USD 97 million in conjunction with the Chinese SAIC - SHANGHAI AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY CORP for the construction of buses in China. A new joint venture will be created to this effect, with a capital of USD 54 million.
