Strasbourg / Vienna, 03/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - A spokesperson for the European Court of Human Rights has confirmed that the names of the three independent personalities who will be instructed to assess the situation in Austria (see EUROPE of 30 June, p.3) will be known in ten days or so. Meanwhile, the Austrian daily "Die Presse" reports that the three "wise men" would be the former President of the European Commission Jacques Delors, former Spanish Prime Minister Felipe Gonzalez and...
