Strasbourg, 22/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the Werner Langen Report (German, EPP) on the group exemption (authorisation without need for individual notification) in favour of certain concerted agreements and practices in the field of insurance, last Friday, Parliament called for the field of application of exemptions to be extended to include agreements over claim settlements and a larger part of co-insurance groups.
