ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) holding companies

GIMV, the investment firm of Belgium's Flemish region, will be launching two venture capital funds in Czech Republic and Slovakiaq, GIMV CZECH VENTURES and GIMV CZECH AND SLOVAK SME FUND, for a total of EUR 26.5 million. GIMV will also be selling half its 2% share in L&H -LERNOUT & HAUSPIE- (speech technology).
