Brussels, 17/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council that will meet on Monday starting at 9.00 a.m. (due to a heavy agenda and Ministers' other commitments, beginning with the IGC, see page 3), with Portuguese Foreign Minister Jaime Gama in the Chair, will address the following, by virtue of its role of coordination.
