France's RENAULT has announced that it was paying $120 million for the formula 1 team of the Italian BENETTON group. BENETTON has announced that it was setting up an e-commerce activity with ANDERSEN CONSULTING to sell BENETTON clothes and sports articles, plan providing for the entry of other large strategic partners.
