Strasbourg, 17/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - As we mentioned, when voting on human rights violations not only in the world but also in EU countries, on Thursday, the European Parliament explicitly called on EU Member States to amend their legislation so as to fully respect these rights (for the debate, see yesterday's EUROPE, pages 3 and 4).
