Brussels, 25/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank has granted a EUR 77 million loan (150 billion lira) to the city of Naples to finance work in the city centre and around Piazza Mercato and Piazza degli Orefici, as well as links between the centre and peripheral areas. This funding will complement Community interventions financed under the Urban initiative.
