ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

The French brokerage company VERSPIEREN has acquired a majority stake in the SOLLY AZAR group, considered as the leading insurance wholesaler (intermediary between insurance firms and agents or brokers) with a turnover of FF 148.5 million in 1998. With this acquisition, the amount of which has not been disclosed, the consolidated turnover of VERSPIEREN will exceed FF 700 million.
