Brussels, 25/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The relaunching of negotiations of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) took up a large part of the debates between the foreign ministers of the European Union and of the 19 Latin American countries of the Rio Group, this week in Vilamoura in Portugal. The communiqués adopted after the various ministerial meetings (see previous articles) nonetheless simply place emphasis on the need to keep up the current impetus in favour of launching a new global round...
