French SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX is to group all of its water-related activities within one and the same entity, activities that are currently grouped within LYONNAISE DES EAUX, NALCO and DEGREMONT. The new pole should serve 100 million people worldwide and provide services for 60,000 industrial customers with a turnover estimated at EUR 8.1 billion. Employees will number 60,000 in 120 countries.
