Belgium's TRACTEBEL (French group SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX) has raised its stake in H-POWER from 50% to 75%. H-POWER is a Thai-based joint venture it formerly owned 50-50 with its local partner HEMARAJ LAND AND DEVELOPMENT. The deal cost USD 17.74 million. BOWIN POWER, a wholly-owned H-POWER subsidiary, will be operating a 740 MW power station, for an investment of USD 370 million, announced TRACTEBEL.
