Sintra, 18/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The first informal "Europe Horizons" Conference organised in cooperation with the Portuguese Presidency and the European Commission in preparation for the special Lisbon Summit next March (see EUROPE of 10 February, page 7) opened on 18 February in Sintra.
