CANAL+ (France) is buying the Belgian firm DEFICOM GROUP's 30.54% share in CANAL+ BELGIQUE (175,000 subscribers) for an undisclosed amount. After this transaction, CANAL+ will own 73% of its Belgian subsidiary. Further, CANALNUMEDIA, the CANAL+ Internet subsidiary, has finalised the acquisition of 25% of ALLOCINE, the leading French cinema guide, for an amount not made public.
