The French group SODIFRANCE (information technology services) has acquired ALSIA (sales of FRF 23 million in 1999 with a workforce of 35), specialised in networks, technical call centres and Internet services. SODIFRANCE expects turnover for fiscal 1999-2000 of FRF 430 million.
