Commission authorises Freudenberg and Phoenix to create joint undertaking in the sector of anti-vibrating devices for vehicles

Brussels, 27/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the German companies Freudenberg KG&Co and Phoenix AG to create a joint venture to pool their activities in the sector of anti-vibrating devices for vehicles. Freudenberg mainly manufactures technical gaskets and anti-vibratory equipment. Phoenix mainly makes elastomeres and acoustic insulation systems for the automobile industry.
