For Advocate General Leger, the presence of traces of heavy metal residue and pesticides in so-called "natural" products is to be regretted but unavoidable

Luxembourg, 27/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Leger has spoken out in a case between a German company and a Austrian family business producing traditional jams. The association disputes the right of the Darbo company to sell its jams in Germany with the wording "purely natural", whereas these products contain traces of pesticides.
