Canada's BCE, which owns 80% of BELL CANADA, the country's leading telephone operator, will be selling to its shareholders the majority of its stake in NORTEL NETWORKS, North America's second largest telecoms material manufacturer. BCE will keep only a 2% share in NORTEL.
