26/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - In our article of Friday 21 January, we wrongly referred to Advocate General Nial Fennelly as both "Counsel for the Prosecution" (p. 2) and "Counsel to the Prosecution" (p. 13). EUROPE wishes to emphasise that we did not intend to imply that Mr Fennelly acts for any individual parties or prosecuting authorities in cases before the Court of Justice.
