ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) technology

L&H -LERNOUT & HAUSPIE-, a Belgian company specialised in voice technology, has announced that it is forming an association with three South Korean media companies, ZEN ENTERTAINMENT, K-BEST and SABAN ENTERTAINMENT. The agreement will involve the creation of a joint venture specialised in voice technology applications for cartoons, toys, games and multimedia. The new venture, Seoul-based NSM -NIGHTSTORM MEDIA-, will be owned 30% each by L&H, SABAN and ZEN 10% by K-BEST.
