PARIBAS DEELNEMINGEN, the Dutch subsidiary of the holding company COBEPA, has paid NLG 10 million for 15% of ESSENTIUM HOLDING. With sales of around NLG 24 million (in 1999) and a workforce of 150, ESSENTIUM HOLDING develops software used by financial institutions and insurance companies to place new products on the market more quickly.
