Reform of Return Regulation – rapid resumption of interinstitutional negotiations, cooperation with Taliban regime at heart of discussions

The second interinstitutional negotiations (‘trilogues’) on the recast of the Return Regulation for irregular migrants were held between the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU and the European Parliament on Wednesday 22 April.
