Kirsten Joppe to lead EU partnership mission to Moldova

22/04/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 22 April, the EU Council announced the appointment of German Kirsten Joppe as Head of the European Union Partnership Mission in Moldova (EUPM Moldova). Ms Joppe will take up her post on 25 April, succeeding Romanian Cosmin Dinescu (see EUROPE B13185A33). Since November 2024, Ms Joppe has been EUPM Moldova Deputy Head of Mission and Chief of Staff.
