EU Member States approve €90 billion loan for Ukraine and 20th package of sanctions against Russia

On Wednesday 22 April, the Member States’ ambassadors to the EU approved, without discussion, the €90 billion loan – specifically the regulation amending the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) – and the 20th package of sanctions against Russia (see EUROPE B13803A1).
