EU and Mauritania reaffirm their cooperation in fight against crime and management of migratory flows

A European Union delegation led by Magnus Brunner, European Commissioner for Internal Affairs and Migration, visited Mauritania on Monday 23 March for a meeting with the country’s President, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the Minister of the Interior, Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, and the Minister of Fisheries, Maritime and Port Infrastructure, Mokhtar Ahmed Bouceif.
