28th company regime - European Trade Union Confederation concerned about return to ‘Bolkestein Directive’

On Tuesday 17 March, the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) urged the European Commission “to substantially revise the proposed 28th Company Regime / EU Inc.” which it will present on Wednesday 18 March (see EUROPE B13828A8).

In a letter to the European Commissioner for Justice, Michael McGrath, ETUC General Secretary, Esther Lynch, expresses her concern about the latest draft texts that have been circulating.
