Kaja Kallas announces appointment of three new Heads of EU Delegations to Türkiye, Chad and WTO

17/03/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 16 March, the High Representative of the European Union, Kaja Kallas, announced the appointment of three Heads of the European Union Delegations in a press release. The EU’s Special Representative to Kosovo, Estonian Aivo Orav, will become the EU’s Ambassador to Türkiye on 1 April.
