EU and Switzerland sign agreement on transferring air passenger data

05/03/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday, 5 March, Commissioner for Internal Affairs Magnus Brunner signed an agreement on the EU’s behalf regarding the transfer of passenger name record (PNR) data by airlines operating flights between the EU and Switzerland.
