European Commission opens call for proposals for ground-mounted solar photovoltaic projects in Bulgaria and Finland

04/03/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 3 March, the European Commission launched a new call for proposals under the EU Renewable Energy Financing Mechanism (RENEWFM), with a total budget of €54.9 million. It will be used to finance ground-mounted solar photovoltaic projects in Bulgaria and Finland. Luxembourg participates as a contributing country.
