Kaja Kallas to propose lifting European sanctions against interim President Delcy Rodriguez

Brussels, 23/02/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 23 February, the High Representative of the Union, Kaja Kallas, announced that she would be proposing the lifting of sanctions against Venezuela’s interim President, Delcy Rodriguez. “We’ll see if we can reach a consensus.
