Securitisation - EU ambassadors endorse Council's negotiating mandate for reform of the regulatory framework

19/12/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 19 December, the Member States' ambassadors to the European Union approved the compromise drawn up by the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union on the revision of the European framework for prudential and regulatory rules applicable to securitisation (see EUROPE B13773A20).
