With less than a month to go before the start of COP30 in Brazil, the European Commission intends to strengthen its international partnerships for a “clean and resilient” transition by presenting a new ‘strategy’ defining its climate diplomacy, on Thursday 16 October.
With this communication, the European Union aims to make it clear that the EU remains “a reliable partner”, working to “fulfil the goals set out in the Paris Agreement” and “open to cooperation”.
