16/10/25 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 16 October, the European Commission presented a delegated regulation (https://aeur.eu/f/j04) on the labelling of fruit and vegetables originating in Western Sahara. This regulation adapts the labelling rules for fresh fruit and vegetables originating in Western Sahara, a distinct non-autonomous territory of Morocco, according to the Court of Justice of the EU.
