On Thursday 16 October, Raffaele Fitto, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of Cohesion Policy, expressed his openness to a dialogue with the Parliament and the Council of the EU to “improve” certain parts of the proposals for the 2028-2034 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) (see other news).
