EU imposes definitive anti-dumping duty on Chinese glyoxylic acid

26/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 26 September, the European Commission published an implementing regulation imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of glyoxylic acid from China. It is a chemical component used in pharmaceutical products, fertilisers and cosmetics. A provisional anti-dumping duty has already been imposed in March 2025, which will be definitively collected.
