European Commission proposes that EU sign Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of the Environment through Criminal Law

On Tuesday 29 July, the European Commission presented a proposal for a decision by the Council of the European Union to enable the EU to sign the Convention on the Protection of the Environment through Criminal Law, adopted by the Council of Europe on 14 May (https://aeur.eu/f/i2s).
